The temperature plummeted today, with a low of -9 degrees and real feel of -19 degrees C which is meant to continue through til Saturday. It’s that face slapping, seeping through your clothes kind of cold which you have to shake by walking for a few minutes to ‘warm’ up. Luckily we have lovely warm down jackets which keep us insulated and the cold at bay. In spite of the never-seen-in-Melbourne temperatures, we’re still having an absolute ball running around Paris eating, shopping and taking it all in.

Followed by PH macarons for dessert. Mmm.
Escargot and poulet et truffle at Cafe Louise – a restaurant which doubled as a bar with the DJ set up right next to us and a full nibble buffet set up for the after-work crowd. I couldn’t get my head around it but enjoyed it immensely.
