Get some good quality dark chocolate (or milk chocolate). We used Green & Black’s 70%.
One ripe banana, cold from le fridge.
Slice the banana.
Blitz some unsalted peanuts in the food processor. Alternatively, crush them with a rolling pin or mortar and pestle.
Melt the chocolate. I used the double boiler method, but you can also do this by warming it in short spurts in the microwave.
Dip the banana slices into the chocolate to fully coat, then place on some parchment paper and sprinkle with the crushed peanuts. Freeze and enjoy!
